How do alerts work?
Choose the area and animals you want to follow. When someone reports a matching nearby sighting, the app can send you a push notification. Notifications must be enabled on your device. Community reports are not independently verified.
How accurate is a sighting’s location?
It’s shown where the person reporting placed it on the map. It shows where an animal was seen, not where it is now.
Is this an emergency service?
No. If an animal is a threat, call 911. Do not rely on this app for emergency assistance.
How do I change my alert area or sound?
Open the Watch Zone tab in the app to change your alert area or sound settings.
How do I delete my account?
Visit Delete account for details, or use More > Account > Delete account in the app.
I forgot my password
In the app, go to Sign in > Forgot password to reset your password.
